For the position of (Senior) Consultant Finance & Performance you should also have:

  • a master’s degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Business Economics, Finance or Econometrics;
  • spent time on extracurricular activities such as student associations, boards, commissions, volunteering programs, sports associations or gained experience from internships;
  • a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in a relevant field of expertise;
  • a self-motivated and curious personality that is able to take initiative and ownership;
  • an interest in working in an international and diverse team;
  • excellent command of written and spoken English and Dutch;
  • a strong interest in digital trends and working with new technologies.

Do you see yourself creating innovative solutions for CFO’s? Our Finance Transformation team creates these solutions for multinationals and national institutes. Together with colleagues you as a Consultant, on a daily basis, advise and support clients on how to transform finance organizations to a more digital finance function. As a part of these transformations we help them to implement the latest and greatest finance technologies.

How do you do this?

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant FSI, you support your clients in leading finance transformations, transitioning finance functions towards the role of strategic advisor, by:

  • assess the digital maturity of the finance department;
  • introduce (digital) solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the finance department;
  • guide organizations in selecting tools for steering their business and help them in selecting the most valuable KPI’s and track them in BI solutions;
  • build planning, budgeting & forecasting models using the latest technologies;
  • make organizations data driven in their decision making;
  • deliver improvement opportunities for finance processes by leveraging; technologies such as robotizing financial processes: e.g. record to report, order to cash and procure to pay;
  • use costing techniques and methodologies.

    Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
    Step 5: The offer
    When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
