Working at Deloitte also offers the opportunity to grow through the Deloitte Women and Allies (DWA) network. DWA’s mission is to create a workplace where women and their allies have equal career opportunities alongside their colleagues. We aim to raise awareness of gender equality and to build a network that enables employees to connect, feel empowered, and inspire more inclusive leadership across Deloitte Netherlands.

What Deloitte Women and Allies Network can do for you
For several years now, Deloitte has had a strong focus on hiring and developing women in order to increasingly equalize the number of men and women in the organization at every level. Progress has been made and the number of women is also increasing at every level (Analyst to Partner), but there is still a difference. The role of the Deloitte Women's Network is to make a substantial contribution to the advancement of women within the organization. In doing so, the network focuses on creating awareness and on guiding and training women, for example about negotiating or mentoring. In addition, it also focuses on creating awareness and training men, for example how they can contribute to creating equal opportunities for everyone.
