With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst:
- 2-3 years of experience in writing cyber threat or intelligence analyses at the tactical or strategic level;
- demonstratable experience with and/or insight into the fundamentals of the field of (cyber) threat intelligence, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and report writing;
- a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, cyber security, intelligence, international relations or history and supplemented with training and certifications such as GIAC CTI (SANS FOR578), SANS SEC497 (Practical Open-Source Intelligence), SANS SEC587 (Advanced Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Gathering and Analysis), or CRTIA also qualifies;
- fluency in Dutch.
What impact will you make?
The Cyber security business has around 250 colleagues working daily to support our clients in the field of all cyber risk related issues. As Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst you are part of the Defense and Resilience subteam. You will be part of a small specialist team but will collaborate with most other teams within Deloitte Cyber, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Our team builds high-quality products and prepares organisations to deal with cyber threats. In this department, we place great importance on continuously developing yourself. How do you do this?
You will:
- conduct comprehensive threat assessments at both strategic and tactical levels;
- assist clients in understanding and preparing for cyber threats;
- develop and implement threat-informed defence strategies tailored to client needs using threat modelling and analysis workshops;
- provide support to Deloitte cyber colleagues through development of industry threat landscapes or advise;
- advise on cyber strategy transformation programmes to enhance organisational resilience;
- collaborate with the Red Team by supplying offensive threat intelligence for reconnaissance activities.
