Be the true you

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in audit within the insurance and pension sectors
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA) is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of auditing techniques, financial analysis, and risk assessment
  • Familiarity with insurance and pension industry regulations and practices
  • Fluency in English and Dutch language skills

As a (Junior) Manager, you will be instrumental in mentoring and addressing the inquiries of the less experienced members of your audit team, empowering them to deliver optimal performance across various sectors (Insurers and Pension funds). How do you do this?

We are seeking a (Junior) Manager Audit: Insurance and Pension professionals to join our growing team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In this role, you will lead and conduct audits for insurance and pension clients that encompass both a mix of local and international clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying areas for improvement in financial processes.

  • Plan and execute audit engagements for insurance and pension clients, focusing on financial statements, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage and mentor a small team of audit professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process
  • Analyze financial data, identify risks, and develop recommendations for process improvements
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit projects
