Be the true you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in audit within the insurance and pension sectors
- Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of auditing techniques, financial analysis, and risk assessment
- Familiarity with insurance and pension industry regulations and practices
- Fluency in English and Dutch language skills

How do you do this?
We are seeking a (Junior) Manager Audit: Insurance and Pension professionals to join our growing team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In this role, you will lead and conduct audits for insurance and pension clients that encompass both a mix of local and international clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying areas for improvement in financial processes.
- Plan and execute audit engagements for insurance and pension clients, focusing on financial statements, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
- Manage and mentor a small team of audit professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process
- Analyze financial data, identify risks, and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit projects
