With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of (Junior) Manager:
- a completed Master's degree;
- completed, or currently completing, your training as an RA (Chartered Accountant);
- at least 4–6 years of relevant work experience as an Accountant;
- an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.
What impact will you make?
As a (Junior) Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting less experienced members of your audit team, helping them perform at their best across a range of sectors. You will be their first point of contact and a trusted advisor throughout every stage of the audit process, working closely with both your team and clients to ensure a high-quality audit experience.

How do you do this?
- preparing the service delivery plan for clients together with Partners and Managers;
- identifying key problem areas and risks and providing practical, actionable advice;
- taking responsibility for a significant part of the audit strategy;
- coordinating and providing the necessary input for internal and external client reporting;
- auditing complex items in consolidated financial statements;
- reviewing consolidated financial statements and ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory requirements.
