Be the true you
Naturally analytical and collaborative, you effectively communicate complex ideas and analyses and you have an eye for detail. You have the following qualifications for the position of Business Analyst, Tax AI:
- 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum delivery framework; specifically, around the elicitation and decomposition activities
- experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows and solution designs
- strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with Product Owners, SMEs, architects and delivery teams
an interest in AI, GenAI, automation or digital transformation, preferably within tax, finance or professional services.

How do you do this?
As a Product Analyst, Tax AI, you translate tax business needs into clear requirements and practical AI-enabled solutions. You will:
- translate tax strategy and transformation goals into clear requirements, user stories, process flows and solution options
- support Product Owners in shaping product roadmaps, priorities and measurable business outcomes
- lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business needs, challenges and opportunities
- assess solution feasibility, business value, risks and organisational impact across people, process and technology
collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams and scrum teams to ensure alignment from concept to implementation
