- A HBO or University degree (or equal through experience);
- At least 6 years of relevant experience;
- Strong analytical skills - the ability to use Management Information and data to build a business case and support data-based decision making;
- Conceptual thinking capability with regards to processes;
- Knowledge of the audit practice is valued;
- An excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and/or English;

We do this by having valuable proactive dialogues with our stakeholders based on a balanced data and people focus.
You are part of a team that is responsible for Strategic Planning and Resourcing within a cluster. The role needs to balance the needs of the individual Clusters, Communities and clients alongside individual career aspirations. Overall responsibility for deploying effective resourcing services across the designated Cluster, partnering with the Cluster Leader and liaising with senior stakeholders to understand priorities to deliver strategic and commercially sound resourcing solutions. Challenge requests from the business where necessary and influence individuals based on balanced people and data focus. You will liaise with Resourcing Managers of other clusters in finding country-wide solutions.

How do you do this?
- Implementing resourcing plans and initiatives with a focus on continuous business improvement, contributing to strong talent management, supporting a manageable workload for everyone, with a focus on balanced growth and quality;
- Pro-actively driving, developing and continuously improving the delivery of the annual resourcing plan;
- Advising on the continuous development of the strategic resourcing processes and the long-term vision;
- Analyze and interpret management information to identify trends, make connections and spot opportunities to advise the business on resourcing improvement and optimization and support data-driven decision-making;
- Partnering with leadership to understand business strategy and optimize resourcing and solving issues;
- Translating the overall resourcing strategy into a sound resourcing plan, policies and procedures, aligned with business needs;
- Building active relationships within the Resourcing Team nationally to enhance Deloitte wide collaboration, knowledge sharing, understanding business needs and optimize resourcing across departments;
