You demonstrate curiosity, tenacity and leadership, helping teams and clients navigate complex technology and risk challenges. Connect your future to Deloitte

How do you do this?

As a (Senior) Manager in IT Audit & Assurance, you play a key role in leading client engagements, developing teams and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice. You are responsible for managing multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm.

You work closely with team members and colleagues across the firm to deliver technology assurance services in support of financial statement audits, as well as broader technology and controls assurance engagements such as ISAE 3402 and other regulatory or compliance-driven reviews.

In today’s increasingly digital and regulated environment, organizations rely on complex technology ecosystems to support their operations and financial reporting. In this role, you help clients assess and strengthen controls across ERP environments, cloud platforms, digital applications and automated processes, ensuring that technology risks are appropriately managed and regulatory expectations are met.

As organizations increasingly adopt AI-enabled technologies, you will play an active role in understanding both the risks and opportunities that AI brings. This includes considering the impact of AI on control environments and governance, while also exploring how AI can enhance the way assurance is delivered. You are encouraged to experiment with AI tools, contribute to new ways of working and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical use cases for both our teams and our clients.

While IT audit remains the core of the role, you will also support clients on assurance related advisory engagements, providing insights on technology risk, governance, digital transformation and regulatory compliance. This requires a mindset that combines strong analytical and structured thinking with curiosity, adaptability and the ability to navigate both structured and evolving environments.

When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
    Step 4: The interview
    Video thumbnail
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
    Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
