You are an entrepreneurial leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and deep technological shifts. You have a proven track record of managing complex client environments, driving commercial success, and building highly motivated teams. Above all, you dare to be yourself.

As a (Senior) Manager, you have:

  • A Master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years of relevant experience, with a substantial track record in management/strategy consulting or in a senior leadership, strategy, or operations role within the TMT sector.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale target operating model (TOM) design, digital backbone/cloud transformations, agile enterprise scaling, or AI/automation-driven operational strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the Technology and AI landscape, including practical knowledge of how to leverage data and AI technologies to optimize business processes, reinvent workflows, or create new digital products.
  • Demonstrated commercial success, including experience identifying sales opportunities, leading proposals, and managing senior client accounts.
  • Deep domain expertise in at least one of the TMT sub-sectors (Tech, Media, or Telecom) and a clear vision on how emerging tech is transforming industry operations.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse, senior executive stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Dutch and English (mandatory).

What impact will you make?

As a (Senior) Manager within Operations & Industry Solutions (OIDS), you will lead the transformation of the core operations, digital infrastructure, and commercial models of the world’s leading Technology, Media, and Telecommunications companies. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, defining the strategic roadmaps that enable them to navigate disruption, scale rapidly, and capitalize on technological convergence.

In this leadership role, you will own the delivery of high-profile, complex transformation programs. You will position Deloitte at the forefront of the industry by shaping our offerings around AI-driven operational excellence, Generative AI integration, network monetization, cloud and edge infrastructure strategy, and digital platform business models. Beyond project delivery, you will play a pivotal role in driving market growth, securing commercial opportunities, and mentoring the next generation of consulting talent.

How do you do this?

  • Program Leadership & Delivery Excellence: Take end-to-end responsibility for the quality, steering, and financial performance of large-scale TMT transformation programs, ensuring sustainable business value is delivered to the client.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders (CxOs, VPs, and Directors). You understand their unique business pressures and proactively advise them on operational strategies, digital market trends, and AI adoption roadmaps.
  • Business Development & Market Growth: Drive commercial growth for the TMT practice by identifying market opportunities, leading complex proposals (RFPs), and leveraging your industry network to generate new business streams.
  • Practice & Thought Leadership: Shape and advance Deloitte's TMT portfolio. You will develop innovative points of view on emerging industry trends (e.g., telco-to-techno shifts, SaaS scaling, ecosystem orchestration, scaling GenAI from pilot to production) and position our team as market leaders.
  • People Development & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team of consultants and senior consultants. You will act as a dedicated career counselor, championing an inclusive culture and driving individual professional growth.
