Are you a top-tier sales leader ready to operate at the cutting edge of cloud transformation? Deloitte’s Growth Platforms & Cloud Engineering and AI teams are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to lead our AWS sales and drive explosive growth across one of our most strategic alliances.
This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on originating net-new opportunities, building enterprise pipelines, and closing transformational deals. You’ll combine deep AWS expertise with Deloitte’s industry-leading consulting capabilities to help enterprise and midmarket clients reimagine their technology platforms and unlock business outcomes at scale.

Experience & Track Record
• 10+ years in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of building and managing multimillion-dollar pipelines
• Deep experience selling professional consulting and systems integration services with long sales cycles and large deal values
• Demonstrated success exceeding annual growth targets and closing complex, high-value transactions
• Proven ability to build new sales territories within large, matrixed organizations—ideally in Big 4 or similar professional services environments
• True hunter mentality: You thrive on originating opportunities and building territories from the ground up

• AWS fluency: Domain expertise in AWS technology platforms, cloud architecture, and related industries
• Cloud-native mindset: Deep understanding of how cloud platforms drive business transformation and competitive advantage
• C-suite access: Proven ability to gain access to and influence senior decision-makers at enterprise and midsized organizations
• Consultative selling: Ability to translate cutting-edge technology into enterprise-scale business outcomes
• Negotiation excellence: High proficiency in deal shaping, creative structuring, and win-win outcomes
• Communication mastery: Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills

Sales Leadership & Pipeline Development
• Originate and qualify net-new Deloitte AWS service opportunities across your assigned territory
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of 3x your annual sales target, aligned with Deloitte & AWS go-to-market strategies
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from opportunity identification through contract closure
• Develop deep relationships with C-suite and decision-makers at enterprise accounts
• Leverage Deloitte’s vast contact network to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships
Strategic AWS Partnership & Market Penetration
• Collaborate with AWS sales teams to identify, coordinate, and execute joint opportunities
• Develop market strategies that position Deloitte as the obvious choice for enterprise and midmarket cloud transformation
• Execute demand generation initiatives and AWS go-to-market campaigns in partnership with Sales Excellence and Alliance Marketing
• Navigate and influence across Deloitte’s matrixed organization to drive alignment and execution
Solution Development & Team Enablement
• Advise account teams on Deloitte’s value propositions and develop compelling pursuit strategies
• Connect subject matter experts to opportunities and guide solution architecture and bid responses
• Craft complex, high-value client solutions with compelling value propositions that translate cutting-edge technology into business outcomes
• Educate clients on how AWS and Deloitte’s Cloud Engineering and AI capabilities drive business transformation
